• \(\bf Einleitung:\) Die obstruktiven Atemwegserkrankungen werden durch sauren gastroösophagealen Reflux (GÖR) beeinflusst. Ob dies auch auf DGÖR zutrifft, wurde in dieser Studie untersucht. \(\bf Patienten:\) 27 (16 Asthmatiker, 11 Patienten mit chronisch-obstruktiver Bronchitis (COB), 64,96 +/-8,68 Jahre). \(\bf Methodik:\) Bei ihnen wurde eine zeitsynchrone 24-Stunden-ph-Metrie und -DGÖR-Messung \(\textit (MKIII, BILITEC 2000)\) durchgeführt. Zudem maßen die Patienten tagsüber stündlich und nachts 3-stündlich ihre Lungenfunktion mit dem \(\textit Asthma-Monitor1 (AM1)\). \(\bf Ergebnisse:\) Der pathologische DGÖR besteht bei Patienten mit Asthma (12,5%)und COB (36%) häufiger als bei gesunden Probanden. Mit steigendem Obstruktionsgrad in der LUFU fanden sich erhöhte Werte der DGÖR-Fraktionszeiten. Mit dem \(\it AM1\) gemessene PEF-/FEV1-Abfälle waren nicht mit vermehrten Refluxen zu korrelieren.
• \(\bf Introduction:\) The POLD is influenced by acid gastro-esophageal reflux (GER). Whether this correlation exists in context with DGER, too, is investigated in this study. \(\bf Patients:\) 27 (16 asthmatics, 11 patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB), 64,96 +/-8,68 years). \(\bf Methods:\) During 24 hours we measured synchronically the intraesophageal ph and DGER (MK III, BILITEC 2000). The FEV1 and PEF had been registrated once an hour during the day and all three hours by night (Asthma-Monitor 1 = AM1). \(\bf Results:\) The pathologic DGER had been found more often in patients with asthma (12,5%) and COB (36,0%) than in healthy controls. With mounting grade of bronchic obstruction in lung-function-measurement the DGER was rising as well. A correlation between a decrease in AM1-mesured FEV1 and PEF and DGER couldn't be proved.
